Our pricing structure is based on the RS Means Estimating, repair and maintenance manual, which makes us very competitive in the retail industry. This way of pricing is similar to the Insurance Industry in that you are billed fair market value for the area the work is performed in and the type of services performed. All fees etc. are already built into the cost.
